what capitalism (and probably other economic systems) and govt do is to lower peoples expectations for anything because that means lower standard of living for you and higher standard of living for them.

3 billion in tax incentives. Which is less than 1 years salary for all of those jobs. 3.75 billion in income per year that will almost all be either taxed or spent locally.
