Amy Coney Barrett

Legislatures had their laws concerning.

Not true, old rat breath, you are correct in principle but not practice.
While Roe will never be re-litigated, enough judicial rulings beyond Roe may be overturned.
Read the original Roe decision, see how far that decision has moved.
You need to understand where to attack, the Court when to grant cert.
Heard this while I was typing, was good, maybe ease my response
not that it matters.
Not his precise one, I had radio fm, I picked this, little reggae involved.
40 + years ago, you're old.
I don't think ACB will vote to overturn RvsW ... it is previous ruling by the SCOTUS and therefore, settled law.
She may question whether it should have been passed but she firmly believes in stare decisis.
As @bacha29 expressed concerns, she may vote for a lawsuit that erodes on the edges of RvsW but
based on her previous decisions, she will rule in favor of individual rights just as the Justices did when
presented the Louisiana BS case earlier this year.

There are enough kids needing homes and parents in America. We don’t need to bring in foreign homeless kids and parents. Signed a Republican.

Maybe ACB believes adopting kids from third world countries is more in line with the Constitution as written than just letting everybody in.

I'm not sure what I feel about this woman. I am not a conservative, but she says she will vote according to the constitution - which would be great. Both Kavanaugh and Gorsuch have surprised me on their votes in the past. They don't care about liberal vs conservative and just vote on what is written. I always like RBG for her ability to stand up and protect women's rights, but at the same time many of her opinions came across as how she feels about an issue and not how it is written as law. More so in the past 10 years.

One aspect I forgot to include is that since ACB thinks RvsW was a wrong decision by the SCOTUS, is that she probably (OK ... certainly) will not accept any argument before the SCOTUS that uses RvsW as a precedent.
Probably not a concern as many justices feel that RvsW was wrongly ruled by the SCOTUS and I am not aware of any lawsuit before the SCOTUS that used RvsW as a precedent for a non-abortion related subject of a lawsuit.

Maybe they are just nice caring people who care about kids and the constitution and country and religion , they're definitely conservative because liberals hate all of those things !!!:hot:
I’m not sure if you’re aware of this but we have children in America who need adoption. To go to a foreign land is liberal. Most of you on Brown Cafe are closeted Liberals, posing as Conservatives to be contrarian. You’ll notice those who post the most are the alleged conservatives, but they post liberally.
