Anybody ever get served summons?

All I know is it has never happened to me and it shook me up pretty good. Thanks for all the support and advice from all posters.

Not surprising that it would shake ya up but good, Grunt. My summons did the same. ANY official communication like that from the government will alarm even the calmest people. Good luck with the suit, man! I look forward to hearing that UPS didn't pay these people a dime!! -Rocky

your welcome grunt!!!! you are a hard working brown slob like all of us. this could have happened to anyone of us,but unfortunately it happened to you!!! try to think of all the people out there who you've made happy and how they like you!!! maybe that should take the sting out of it!!!! also you got a lawyer on your rte, talk to him and he should give you some feed back good luck!!!!
