The DFW Airport hub is a wreck in terms of staffing. Management does not want to work well with those who has day jobs, kids going to school, college students class schedules, etc.... This has in turn severely limited the ability to hire and retain new employees all the while many have quit, changed shifts leaving sunrise, or transferred to another facility in this area. Small sort was still backed all the way to mail sort aisle at 7:30 AM. D-bag was still 100% at 8:00 AM.
