So people whose packages won't be on truck, for whatever reason, will get highly agitated when you look for 10 minutes, and can't find their package.

Disclaimer: Assuming the truck is tracked and not each package.

it's bad enough that management knows my every move.. Now the customer will ask why I drove by their house at 12:30 then came back at 5:30 to deliver package. thanks Orion
