Our McDonalds starts 15 year olds at 14 bucks ( they aren't allowed to operate any cooking stuff). If you are 16 you start at 16 bucks an hour.

The contract starting wage is not $19/hr. That is the market rate adjustment which will go away after Peak.

It won't go away after peak if they cannot get anyone to fill the jobs for a lower rate.

That is the only reason McDonalds is paying that much, to get employees.
