He had at least one that was confirmed out, didn't draft, made zero moves. I want managers who manage their teams. If he still wants to play, fine, I just need to know. Didn't respond to first request either, even though he's been on other threads.

Depends if Torrey smith goes off.
Nothing worse than facing the guy with high score for the league every week though. Happened to me last year.
4 weeks I had the 2nd highest score and lost.
