Reverse order after each round. Example pick 16 gets first pick second round while pick 1 gets last pick second round

Holy crap man. Lol. So @Big Arrow Down...D picks 15th ,next to last in first round of 16 picks. So in round 2 ,he gets 18th pick which is 2nd pick overall in 2nd round......get it???????
