What I learned in supervisor school was how to kill people's spirit, make sure you point out valve stem end caps on a pre trip, and to have an overinflated sense of superiority.

Wilson did not work as directed and should be fired. Unfortunately he has been doing well lately and i don't really have a replacement. I should just be thankful he didn't throw all 5 TD's to Baldwin...Right?
