I thought about seeing if people wanted to do it that way, but we still have a few greenies, wanted to give them another year under their belt at least, then we can discuss an auction draft.

Takes a long time! I'm in a baseball league that has an auction draft, takes about 5 hours.

Each team gets an imaginary salary cap. Call out a players name, and bid imaginary money on said player. Rinse and repeat until teams are filled out.
