I've always hated picking number 1,most drafts are 10 teamers if you pick first you have to wait until pick 20 for another selection.

Bottom of the draft you can get stuck with the dogs (or Browns) but the middle has a big sweet spot of decent players.

I've been in a 20 teamer once. Too big.

If you have a good spot you could get 3 good players in the top 30

Its good to spread out the talent more and thin the benches. It becomes a game of who has the healthiest team left wins.
