When I drop a player and pickup one on waivers ....it tells me I have to wait3 days? Is this correct?

Waivers are set for 2 days, so after a player is dropped, they stay on waivers for 2 days. All players go on waivers at game time, and stays there until early Wednesday morning. After they pass through waivers, they go to Free Agents, which you can pick up without any waiting period.
You do not have to drop a player before you pick one up. When you add a player, it asks which one you want to drop, if necessary, and will only drop them if you are successful at get that other player.
