Stupid question (the first of many)----I have both the Patriots and Broncos defenses on my team. Obviously I am playing the Patriots tonight. If I decide to bench them after this game in favor of the Broncos, do I lose those points or do I keep them and then get to add whatever points the Broncos earn?

Once a player(or Def) on you roster's game started, there is no switching them in or out of the lineup.
