Quite possibly. Before the criteria changed, the 7 day moving average was showing a decrease. The three day definitely was. They changed the Criteria on Tuesday, so moving forward three days provides a quick snapshot. Next week I would move back to 7 days.

He has extended the shutdown through 5/15 and has ordered everyone over the age of 2 to wear a mask or other suitable face covering while out in public if they are unable to maintain social distancing. While there will be no arrests made, violators can be fined for non-compliance.

I think they can only release them but those rules are fungible.

Now that we are a few days past the change in reporting criteria, the 3 day average for new cases is showing an average of a 4% decrease day over day and a 15% decrease in deaths day over day.
