This is simply round 1 of a 15 round political slug fest. Movement on any major legislative initiatives is slowed if not stalled . Continuing investigations and committee hearings will now control the agenda. By the time it's over the 2020 campaigns will be underway and the outcome will likely be heavily influenced by the discovery if any of more damaging evidence of obstruction tax evasion and abuse of power by Trump and his officials, a slowing economy and given the losses sustain by historic floods in the Midwest food inflation caused by tightening supplies. Message , momentum and simply being in the right place at the right time win elections.

Nope, just means after the real estate meltdown the only place to put money was the stock market. Those who held a lot of stock did well. That's the problem. What feels good to and entertains Democrats right now is exactly what's going to lose them the election. MSNBC was just interviewing a bunch of California liberals who are completely over the Mueller Report and ready to move on to the issues they care about.

If California liberals feel that way, folks in purple states are going to be feeling it even more. The Party and the press continue to trip over themselves to go after Trump at their own peril.
