Cause with the 7 day delay for rolling out governance changes due to the decentralized smart contract, it seems like the decentralized nature is going to be the death of it.

Contracts are only as good as the developers who wrote them. It's not a democracy.
It's like voting in the US, but instead of two parties, you really only have one.

Vote for whatever you want, as long as it is the upgrade put out by the core team.
