Just got my monthly printout of my IRA investments-----I'm happier than a pig in slop. We lost WAY LESS than I figured it would be. It pays to invest "conservatively".

physical gold is the only way to go. I bought mine years ago. Some at Apmex.com and pawn shops on my route. I have pounds of gold and silver I bought years ago. I bought mine all under $1000 an ounce. now I’m just sitting back waiting if I ever need to sell.

I wouldn’t imagine anyone selling. Hard to get spot price for the product. Kind of like guns. You brag you have it and lock it up like a trophy.

I have made money on guns.
You can easily get a little under “spot” price on gold. I could get a lot under spot price and still make a ton of money at the price I paid and what it is going for now.
