Did Orion say to go that way?

I had a route where the county came through and dropped the weight limit on several bridges right after they put in ORION, a couple went to 3 tons. One 3 ton bridge had twenty some houses over it and it was a 4 mile drive to go around. Well, of course the supervisors had a fit, one came to me after I told him i cant go over it and said "do you realize UPS has data that shows UPS vehicles going over that bridge THOUSANDS of times!!!!!".
