Refreshing post. I would love if our management team shared this kind of information with us hourly employees. Bigger picture things and meaningful numbers could help us better understand how and why decisions are made. We aren't children and are all in this together. It would be a nice change of pace to have a pcm with pertinent and meaningful information rather than pictures of a backing crash two states over and some meaningless speech about eating vegetables. We are all in this together.

Yes, we are all in this together, but the disconnects are getting bigger. Our management team doesn't listen to us in the same way upper management doesn't listen to them. Information flows only downward. I know a number of drivers who have very good ideas on how to improve Orion, but nobody seems to care.
The endless drone of the same three PCM talking points is and has been stale for years. New thinking and ideas from a different CEO? Hopefully.

We don't have enough package cars now! What's going to happen durring peak?

It has been very heavy, for this time of the year.

Budget, Uhaul, Ryder,Penske... Opening the rear door 1000 times a day. That is what. They have purchased a lot of cars, but it's a drop in the bucket.

Loved delivering 70 stops in the budget, took as long as delivering 180 stops in a p1000!!!
