He had to have pulled the charger itself and the extension cord it was plugged into in the tub.
5 volts at less that 1 amp wouldn't even be noticeable.

Once it hits the water I don't think it controls the volts anymore. So he would of gotten the full 240
The charger only puts out the 5 volts.
But, I didn't think about the European 240 volts.
BTW, soda bread out of the oven, corned beef in.
