It's actually pretty cool here today. High of 73. Yesterday was in the mid 80's.

I have a neighbor who uses an old truck to pick up bulk mulch like that. I have him get me some if I need any. Its a lot cheaper than buying by the bag.

I tried to find some neighbors to help me spread mulch, but it's kind of like trying to find a mechanic when you drive around to the shop with a problem with your PC/tractor.

You're not going to believe how much that 2 yards of mulch right there cost me. $21.37.

That was for 1 day only, customer appreciation day. I need at least 2 more yards, but it's going to cost me $25.00/yard. Still a damn sight better than buying it by the bag.

That mulch sure doesn't go as far as you'd think it would when you have a couple of flowerbeds.

The county next to mine dumps big piles of mulch in a parking lot for anyone to help themselves. It's untreated, from ground up trees, and leaves they pick up, but free.
