Been a huge problem here. I brought it up on the division call last week but I just got blown off.

I know you kid, but in Minny we had one side of the belt where all the cars were named colors. When we changed the placards to reflect the color that matched the name misloads went down

You're grasping at straws. Even if we can cut the number by 25% that is a success

The biggest problem is the lack of accountability. UPS is so desperate for part timers the preloaders can get away with almost anything so have little incentive to provide good loads.

And I don't disagree with that. The only people who don't understand that are the office jockeys up stairs who haven't been on a preload in 20 years.

Yep. Take my loader today. She's terrible everyone knows she's terrible. She's been there at least 3 years so she should be decent.


But she's 5 foot 100 lbs and kind of cute so no one cares.
