My management team is not happy. It's crazy how much they depend on phones.

Phones they don't even pay for. Lol.

I cleaned it with rubbing alcohol. Didn't help. Charges all night and I wake up to 2-3% charge. Tried to get it fixed today but I guess I was too close to closing time.


8:30-7 works for most people I'm sure. Not for the ups man.

Is lint in the port really the issue?

Dirt. Over time. The port is shot now. It won't charge. Needs replaced.

Have you tried running the pointy end of one of those flossers through there? Sounds crazy but I did it to my old one and the port worked like a charm. Usually it is lint.

I took a toothpick to it and even dipped a small piece of paper towel in rubbing alcohol and rubbed it down in there. No luck. The Lightning port blows ass.


My phone is 2.75 years old though. Trying to hold out til the fall.
