Probably sit around for an hour or more waiting on planes now.

Totally. I assumed the air stuff would be very fast paced since it's all time sensitive stuff. My first day I ever did this I was like wow it's like I switched companies. This is crazy.
I mean I could literally lay in my truck and take a nap at $35 an hour and no one would say a word. Kind of feeders I guess.

They really don't care what you do just as long as you are there and ready to go when that plane touches down. They DO NOT like to make the pilots wait any longer than they have to.
