I overheard sups talking today: "We have 550% volume left but tell them 250% and a little air and crank the belt, unload if belts stop, run skeleton crew keep the good ones and we will hit 98."

To be fair I like my 32 hour weeks, and that they keep them 32 hour weeks. I'm also losing a ton of weight, and look surprisingly handsome.. my weight got pretty bad when I was depressed and not working.
