I think you're confusing him with the other guy. Don't think @Future posts while he's working. On his break, yes.Like working interferes?

A little of both? It's not like the stuff the OMS will see, it's actual live data. Same exact system as telematics, just much more in depth than the standard reports. Is that automatic, or does somebody turn that on?

I've actually followed along on a tablet while doing an annual to just see how accurate and quick it updated, and it was actually pretty amazing.
Yeah how dare they do exactly what they are supposed to do.Too many center manager's just sit in an office spying on people with that.

99.9% of drivers don't know how busy the manager job actually is. When I cover I probably spend 6 or 7 hours a day on the phone.Unless you get like my last center manager who never leave their office and lose touch with the real world.

Why with an 8???Would be like VX1 which is just a virtual OJS using telematics. Or we put one in if you have an 8 hour.
Naaaaaaay

So when some desktop warrior is reading the daily report and they see someone work under 8 or have an under 8 plan they see there is a request in and don't light you up for it.Why with an 8???
It doesn'tI think the OJS goes off when you are delayed .
Wait, if someone works under 8 you get lit up?So when some desktop warrior is reading the daily report and they see someone work under 8 or have an under 8 plan they see there is a request in and don't light you up for it.
Seem like it.It doesn't
If we send them out with an under 8 plan and they come in under 8 and take an 06, yes.Wait, if someone works under 8 you get lit up?
I can promise you, it doesn'tSeem like it.

Think about it, if we give someone a 7.5 dispatch and they do it in that time, we are paying them .5 to do nothing. Obviously with an 8 hour, it is what it is, you have to honor the request. But on a regular day, huge no-no.
I get a list every morning from district IE of anybody that coded 06 and worked under 8.
