Me too. I drink a cup of iced tea in the morning and water the rest of the day. I used to stop and get a Diet Pepsi every morning.

Very true. That's why I started bringing my lunch a few years ago. My schedule has been really screwed up the past few months though. Have to get back on track.

At least you're starting somewhere. Next...cigarettes. A guy I work with quit recently after many years smoking. His skin looks so much better. It looks healthy. Heavy smokers usually have a grey tinge. He said he feels so much better. You can do it too!
