Hell, I was halfway through building it and it stopped raining. lol. My son spent the whole time during the storm helping people get out of flooded areas, pulling people's cars with his jeep, etc.

That's my son in the front, his girlfriend in the rear and his friend Justin on the right helping a gentleman escape his flooded apartment.

Someone hanging onto a fence in a strong current. My son on the right and his friend lending a hand.
That is so awesome! You must be so proud to see the man your son has become. And he obviously picked a winner with his girlfriend for her to be out there like that too.

He was in the navy, and after Katrina in New Orleans, he was assigned to rescue people and recover bodies. He just enjoys helping people. UPS called him in this afternoon for the first time all week. He was sick from getting wet and wading in skanky water for 4-5 days, but he went in to work. He is a good kid.
