It's a very cool place to live. DC is beautiful. It's so crowded now and traffic so bad that unless you actually live in DC you can't enjoy it.
You should have seen the neighborhoods I drove through yesterday near Tyson's Corners. Seven figure plus houses, and I drove by at least three tear downs bought just for the lot.
