Happens way more often than you think.

If I was famous I would insist every single sexual interaction be video taped from start to finish or hit the road.

Don't even have to be famous. Just need her to regret it for some reason or "remember" she has a boyfriend or some dumb like that and BOOM. But even if you were to tape the whole thing, you wouldn't even be able to present it as evidence because then it's your ass for taping it. Really the only thing you could do is document the explicit consent beforehand but even then it's not foolproof.
