I missed the cut for Black Friday. Will have to drag ass since I am being forced in. Triple time after eight! Not holiday plus double, actual triple time.

One year in my center someone had the bright idea to force everyone to come in. That morning after everyone was there they decided they only needed half the people. I was "Screw you. I'm here. Pay me".
Only time I was forced to come in.
It used to be if you volunteered to come in it was straight time but if they forced you it was time and a half. That was changed to OT for everyone.

Sounds like they have basis for a lawsuit.
Bike paths that are pedestrian only are supposed to have posts or other such objects installed to prevent motorized vehicles from driving there.
Their lawsuit will be settled out of court.
