Their parking lot/drive thru set up is literally the worst design set up I've ever seen. And it's every single one of them. I refuse to use their drive thru.

They had five people working that drive thru. Two taking orders in two lines. Then one guy taking money and verifying orders. Then a guy standing outside window to verify name, put straws in bag after taking bag from guy inside.
