Yes it does. With the meals I’ve had so far, all I needed of my own was olive oil and salt and pepper. Everything else came with the food.

Is it all in a cold pack? Or could it possibly spoil?

Yes. It’s packaged very well. Two levels with cold packs in between and a liner inside the box.
