Once the building gets that infested not much they can do except burn the thing down.

Whats bad is the critters just move next door and are ready to become squatters again when the place is rebuilt.

What really gets to me is when a grocery store or restaurant gets closed down by the health dept. No freaking way I would go there even if they clean the place up.
