How can people in two separate houses worth over a million dollars let the condition of their road stay like this? Any day now I’ll be bottoming out driving on it. I’m wondering if the owner of the older house is refusing to help pay because the construction vehicles for the new house probably did all the damage.

It’s pretty amazing really. Took my uncle almost 15 years of crap like that before he paved his drive. And he’s got enough money that he bought a mountain home in Colorado with money from his side gig.

It doesn’t have a good base is the problem. The construction crews are your friends and they’ll pack it down harder than :censored2: if you spend the money to put a good solid base down first.

We used to pull a small trailer to Fall Creek (Idaho) . No services. We had a 50 gallon tank of water and that's it. We had to conserve.
