I've seen them hauling empty cans like that but that's the first time I've seen full cans, not sure what's going on there. I'm guessing they either missed their flight or went to the wrong airport.

Air cans but they are inside a trailer. The trailer has 4 bay doors on the side. We park it beside another trailer with 4 bay doors and rollers in it.
