Honestly, I’d spring for a park hopper pass for the 2nd day, do Magic Kingdom in the morning, then after the parade, which is about 2-3 o’clock, good time to have a Starbucks and recharge. Then Grab the Mono-Rail to Epcot. Spend the afternoon out in the countries, find some beers, your kid can run around out there. We usually spend some time in United Kingdom, they have a British Rock Show, a garden maze for kids to run in. Sip a beer and relax out there. It’s gonna be flower show in Epcot, so all kinds of food and beer kiosks at aren’t normally there.

If you get park hopper pass, might want to do it both days and end up out here both nights for dinner.
