You want a toe? I can get you a toe.
What are you going to do if he hates baseball and wants to play soccer? Or if he wants to be a cheerleader? Lol.
We don’t have soccer or male cheerleaders. If he doesn’t like baseball he won’t play. I’ll strongly encourage him to play all he can as long as he can though.

IF you had asked me to choose a sport in junior high I would have picked basketball for sure. That changed drastically in just a couple years.

That’s gonna totally depend on length of the loan.

Wife had 175-180k I think. We chose a 7 year loan so we pay like 3 grand a month.

She has coworkers who pay 1/3 of that. But they’ll be paying right up til they retire.
3 grand a month for a student loan? --- I'd shoot myself.

That's smart but DAMN ----3 grand a month? That's my pension check. (for now)
Pay that much on the farm loan per month too.

All of our friends wonder how she makes so much and we don’t have more stuff.

Well we have 6k a month in payments none of them have. And we save 40 grand a year for retirement. So yeah that’s where a good chunk goes lol

Best of luck to you in getting all that paid off. I honestly can just sit here and SMH and count my lucky stars (some good investments) that I never had anything near that hanging over me. I once had a 90 dollar a month house payment but I made a good profit on every house I've owned which is only 3. First one was 15 K - sold for almost 40K 5 years later. Second one was 36K- sold for $170,000 20 years later and the one I'm in now cost me $165,000 to build but appraised at close to $400,000 now. I haven't had any car payments since I was 18. Not bad for a dumb truck driver.

Glad I got my punch in today.

Wife just left the hospital. She’s basically in early labor. They sent her home but I’ll bet we are back late tonight/early morning.

Yeah our current house payment is only $350. We’ve paid for all of the improvements with cash not loans. So when we sell that should set us up pretty nice.
