No, it's looking pretty good right now. Lots of seedheads though this time of year but that's almost over.

One thing breeders do is select for good seed harvest. Makes sense if you are marketing your product to seed producers.

Mine was looking good until I started seeing chickweed a few days ago. I used pre-emergent but looks like I need to hit it again.

Those seeds can live for years so hit it with some Triclopyr. Apply pre-m late summer then again early fall. That will also control any annual bluegrass.
