They obviously haven’t talked to @542thruNthru or @MAKAVELI If they had they would know their list is wrong with them saying 20% of the cities on that list are in California.

All but one of those so called "cities" is Los Angels.

Same here, Paterson borders Passaic. Everyone here drives past it into the city. Drive 10 minutes west and you are in some neighborhoods with million dollar homes.
