What you smokin'?

We went to a place last weekend where the chef is from Italy. Started with some Mozzarella Caprese, then a Polenta salad, then I had the house made Gnocchi!

I get the polenta salad every time. It's baked like a bread crumb, mixed with Arugula, fruits and nuts, tomatoes & asiago cheese with a roasted garlic & balsamic vinaigrette.
