Speed up the game by using pitchers for situations they’re more likely to give up
Hits/runs in.


But wait to speed up the Game one must get outs faster....

The game

1) pitch clock

2) cut the time between innings

College doesn’t have trouble with 4 hour 9 inning games

I see a lot of wasted time determining if the pitcher is “injured” or not to bring in another. Seems arbitrary, how injured does he have to be? Putting peoples careers in potential jeopardy.

If you want pitchers to pitch longer shrink the roster and limit the number of pitchers that can be on the roster.

Instead they did the opposite.
