Thinking of buying a 55g gateway brum smoker.
Though I'm conflicted. It's about the same price as a big green egg.
I have a Weber 22in performance deluxe charcoal grill and a Weber genesis II gas grill. Also a masterbuilt gas smoker. The smoker sucks and I need something better.
Thoughts?

Forgot that one but.. I have a gas and charcoal grill already. Really all I need is a smoker. Is it worth it? I've never cooked on one. Easy to hold a temp?
I’ve never cooked on one. I have a Vision from Sam’s Club that I’m happy with. My sister has a Joe, and they come with all the accessories that are extra on a Green Egg.
I’m sure they hold a temperature as well as an Egg.

I've heard good things about them. Very easy to control temp and very long cooks.
Isn’t the stand (nest) extra with the Egg? And accessory grates?

Yes, I'll have to do some adding. BGE likes to make it difficult to get a accurate price quickly.
