I got written up again. This time because I was observed not calling out "UPS!" At my stops.
Also I'm trying to cut back on being on here so much.

They did that to me once. Safety (performance) ride on a route they couldn't admit had screwed up allowances. So the next day I softy said "UPS" the second my foot hit the ground even though it was a couple of hundred yards away from the apartment. Previous day he dinged me for not calling out as soon as I left the truck. Plus his "methods" changed from stop to stop. Real
