Some area called Chester. Even looks like a dump. Run down homes and graffiti everywhere. I can't believe they'd put a building like the one we're working on in an area like this. Yesterday about 530 my coworker comes over and says let's call it a day, don't really wanna be here after it gets dark. This morning on the radio as part of their regular report with weather and traffic they reported yesterday's killing and injury count in Philadelphia. I was like holy hell, this ing place.

BS---How could any parent not know that their kid was a total loser. Skipped classes or was late 272 times? Only passed 3 classes and she knew it? Then the idiot kids says "what did he do it for (go to school)" ----hell he didn't do anything.

What is really sad is that kid was in the top half of his class. Not a question of needing more money since the schools are already above the national average. Sounds more like the kids don't want to learn and the schools don't care. And no way the parents should be blindsided.
