What a PITA! I noticed my Xfinity/Comcast bill last month was more than twice the regular monthly charge because someone hacked my account. I spent an hour on Sunday talking online to multiple people in India. They refunded me $50 out of $206. Then this evening I saw my current bill has more pay per view charges. Spent another hour, for the guy to tell me he can only refund me $60 and I have to call the company to get the rest taken care of. So frustrating.
