Just as bad over here. Just finished building a house across the street from me they're asking $550,000. A little more than 1400 sq. ft. on 1.15 acres.

I work with multiple people who have been trying to find somewhere to live for months now. One girl looked at a condo last week that she said was in a nice area but the condo itself was a pig sty. The owner made no effort whatsoever to clean the place, paint, or do anything. He knows some one will jump on it. I just found a place to buy myself after looking for months. I had to get “in” with people in the office to be the first one they called. Properties are sold before they even hit the market. Crazy times.
