Yea, no more of that. Fall only. Labor Day, early October, quick release mid November. You might need to lime a bit more too. (Calcium carbonate lime)Both

You cut Bermuda that high and it can turn brown. Cut at 2 1/4 and in takes on a horizontal growth pattern.Grass is cut way too short. 2 1/2 to 3 inches is recommended.
