It wasn’t that bad when I started. We always had fences. They still jumped over to steal.
We never had any fences and EVERYBODY in the center had a key to the building. Many times I would go to the building on a weekend and pull a couple trucks out so I could wash my personal vehicle. I wasn't the only one. Some of the guys would work on their own vehicles on the weekends in the building. Did that for probably the first 20 years then management said no-- but we all still had keys. In fact I still have one and I bet it still fits the entry door.

There are a couple college kids around here that started a business putting crap toghether that people buy unassemebled they are making $$$
My daughter furnished her 1st home almost entirely from Ikea. I put it all together. I'm an Ikea furniture assembler EXPERT.
