Trust me, they never worried about that with me. I think it might be a Southern thing. @Old Man Jingles you've lived in both the North and South. Did you find that guys were more cautious about what they said in front of women in the South or is basically the same? I only lived outside of Philly for about six months and almost all the rest in the South so I don’t know.

Lately, the tendency is to not engage in conversations with women or be very guarded.
My concern is that women will be left out of social settings and out of the cliques that form in the workplace.
